City of Las Vegas Fire & Rescue Sued for Overcharging for medical records

Trachtman Law sued the City of Las Vegas for continuing to overcharge for medical records in violation of Nevada law.  The case was resolved and the City now charges the fees enumerated by statute. 

Pro Bono License Removal

When an elderly woman had her license unjustly taken by the DMV, George volunteered his legal experience and appealed the DMV's decision.   The decision was overturned.  The woman was able to continue safely driving until she herself elected to give up driving years later.
